Shipping and D.O.A. Information
We do our shipping Monday and Tuesday, using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Tracked 24, all orders over £80 ship for free. Boxes are used for packing and a heat pack is included where this is appropriate.
All orders have a guaranteed live arrival as long as photos of any losses on arrival are sent within 24 hours of delivery and special delivery was selected at checkout. You will be offered a refund or replacement (If available). However in the case of missed deliveries I cannot give live arrival guarantee. So please make sure you are in. :)
Tracked 24 is not covered by our live arrival guarantee.
