Shipping and D.O.A. Information
We do our shipping Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesday using Royal Mail Special delivery for livestock. Polyboxes are used for packing and shipping with a heat pack where this is appropriate. We only ship within the UK at this time.
All orders have a guaranteed live arrival as long as photos of any dead on arrivals are sent within 24 hours of delivery and special delivery was selected at checkout. You will be offered a refund or replacement (If available). However in the case of missed deliveries I cannot give live arrival guarantee. So please make sure you are in. :)
